- Cuando tengamos el sofrito un poquito dorado, añadimos a la sartén 2 vasos de agua y medio de vino blanco...
- Cuando esté hirviendo, añadimos las albóndigas y los cuadritos de patata y zanahoria, también los guisantes.... (si utilizáis alguna de estas legumbres ya cocidas esperar a que se seque un poco para echarlas.. Así no se desharan tanto...) fuego alto.
- Aquí cada uno elige, si lo quiere más seco o con más caldito...yo dejo que se evapore el agua hasta la mitad, bajo el fuego, lo tapo y lo dejo unos 10 minutos más... Que aproveche!!
