- Un vez los mejillones estén cocidos, los colamos, separamos las cáscaras, desechamos la cáscara que no tiene mejillón y la otra la disponemos en un plato llano o fuente. Añadimos por encima la vinagreta, podemos poner en el centro un poco más de vinagreta y un poco limón para que los comensales vayan cogiendo a su gusto. Otra sugerencia de presentación, quitar ambas cáscaras, sacar el mejillón, colocarlo en un plato llano y en el centro un cuenco con vinagreta y a un lado parte de un limón.
