  3. Pasado el tiempo, añadimos las especias y removemos, cuando tenga un color uniforme añadimos el caldo de verduras, salpimentamos a nuestro gusto y lo llevamos a ebullición. Cuando llegue ese momento bajamos el fuego al mínimo y tapamos dejando que se haga 5-7 minutos.
  4. Pasados el tiempo añadimos los garbanzos cocidos y volvemos a tapar, no revolvemos pero podemos agitar un poco la sartén si el caldo no cubre los garbanzos. Una vez hecho esto tapamos y dejamos otros 5-7 min a fuego mínimo.
  5. Una vez pasado el tiempo, apartamos del fuego y dejamos reposar el arroz 10 min para que acabe de absorber el caldo restante si es que queda. El resultado es un plato riquísimo tanto gastronomicamente como nutricionalmente gracias a la elevada cantidad de proteínas vegetales que nos aportan los garbanzos.
