  4. Ponemos un poquito de cúrcuma para darle color, un poco de pimentón de la vera, y unas hebras de azafrán (yo no tenía y no le puse salió igual de bueno) le damos unas vueltas que todo vaya integrándose
  5. Añadimos las setas, el calabacín y las alcachofas
  6. Añadimos el tomate, yo lo ralle, podéis poner frito o triturado como prefieras. Mezclamos todo bien y añadimos el arroz volvemos a mezclar bien para que todo se integre y repartimos todo proporcionalmente en la paellera
  7. Añadimos 1 litro de caldo vegetal, yo lo prepare con mi concentrado casero podéis ver la receta. 1 litro de agua y una cucharada de concentrado y listo. O ya la opción que más os guste
  8. Ponemos a fuego medio hasta que consuma el agua
