  1. Primero de todo, hay que escurrir muy bien el tofu. Yo lo que hice fue cortarlo por la mitad y dejar dos láminas más finas y lo fui prensando con una servilleta de tela para sacarle el máximo de líquido posible. Luego lo cortamos a daditos.
  2. En un bol ponemos: 1 cucharada de salsa de soja, 1 cucharada de AOVE, 1 cucharada de maizena, ajo en polvo, pimentón dulce (o picante, a gusto de cada uno), pimienta y sal. Mezclamos bien y añadimos los tacos de tofu, volvemos a mezclar bien y dejamos reposar una horita aprox o el tiempo que quieras.
  3. Cortamos el brócoli en ramitas y lo salteamos en una sartén con un chorrito de AOVE junto con los ajos laminados o cortados al gusto. Añadimos también sésamo antes de apagar el fuego.
  4. Con el horno precalentado a 200 grados, esparcimos en la bandeja de horno los tacos de tofu y lo tendremos una media hora a la misma temperatura (200 grados), dándoles la vuelta a mitad de cocción.
  5. Yo le he añadido también arroz largo integral y he hecho una salsa teriyaki (tenéis foto de la versión con y sin la salsa). A disfrutar!!
