Esta receta es muy apropiada para el verano....para beber o para comer con cuchara con pan tostado. Yo creo que otras personas lo hacen diferente. Espero que os guste.

  1. 1 kilo tomates peras y medio tetra brick de tomate frito
  2. 1 cebolla mediana
  3. 1 pepino mediano
  4. 1 pimiento verde
  5. 80 gr pan
  6. 1 vasito y medio de aceite de oliva, 1 vasito de vinagre y sal
  7. Agua para poner en remojo el pan
  8. 2 litros agua muy fría

Steps to make to make Gazpacho

  1. Estos son los ingredientes:(foto).Poner el pan en remojo (foto).Pelar todos los ingredientes y cortarlos (foto) y ponerlos en una olla alta.
  2. Cuando ya tenemos todo pelado y cortados, añadimos el aceite de oliva, el vinagre, sal, y el pan escurido (foto),poner 1 litro de agua fresquita y triturar..
  3. Cuando ya tenemos casi triturado le añadimos el otro libro de agua fresquita y seguir triturando(foto).
  4. Añadir el medio tomate frito del tetra brick(foto) y seguir removiendo....(catar para comprobar si esta bien de aceite, vinagre y sal)y así queda(foto).y dejar el gazpacho en la nevera.
  5. Este gazpacho lo podéis colar si no os gusta los tropezones...a nosotros nos gusta tal como queda..y lo comemos con pan tostado (foto).....el vasito es del cortado (foto)
