  3. Añadimos sal, pimienta y el comino. Añadimos un poco más de agua si la necesita (tiene que cubrir las patatas y las lentejas) Tapamos, ponemos el bombín de la olla, y dejamos cocer hasta que empiece a dar vueltas. Una vez que gira el bombin contamos 10 minutos. Apartamos dejamos que vaya perdiendo fuerza y vamos abriendo muy lentamente. Probamos que la patata este lista y de sal y a comer!
  4. Están buenísimas y no necesitan de carne o hueso salado para dar sabor, están deliciosas! Si no queréis usar olla express necesitará más tiempo de cocción a fuego más lento.
