- Llevar a horno medio. Una vez que comienza a dorarse la base retirar del horno y agregar la salsa. Colocar nuevamente 10' para deshidratar la salsa levemente y luego agregar la mozzarella hasta que se funda.
- 🍅Para la salsa cortar los tomates en cubitos y colocarlos en una sartén con unas gotitas de aceite para que no se pegue. Dejar cocinar hasta que estén tiernos. Luego los pisan con tenedor hasta lograr un puré. Agregar la albahaca (queda mejor si es fresca), la sal y la pimienta. Revolver más tiempo si quieren una consistencia espesa.
