  8. En un bol poner 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra, 1 cucharada del jugo de asar el pimiento, 2 cucharadas de vinagre balsámico de Módena y la miel. Emulsionar y reservar
  9. Pelar y picar las nueces. Cortar unas lascas del queso Parmesano
  10. En una fuente de servir poner una cama de rúcula, encima la calabaza y las tiras de pimiento
  11. Aliñar con la emulsión reservada. Por encima poner las nueces troceadas y las lascas de queso
  12. Servir templada o fría
