Aquí os traigo una receta perfecta para estos días tan calurosos, en los que no apetece comer nada pesado. Este gazpacho es absolutamente delicioso...eso es lo malo que te lo bebes en una sentada...de tal forma que toca volverlo a hacer...por eso os recomiendo doblar la receta y así os quedara algún culín para más tarde!!!

  11. Batimos esta vez a velocidad alta durante 1 minuto más o menos, vosotros mismos os dareis cuenta que ya esta listo cuando observeis que no tiene grumos y esta espumoso y muy suave, refrigeramos durante 20 minutos antes de servir...
  12. Emplatar y llevar a la mesa, adornamos las copas con las bolitas de melón que teníamos reservadas...
  13. Podéis tomarlo con cuchara o beberlo, para las dos formas esta perfecta la textura...
